02Let the system analyze
The system uses your selected questions, severity ratings, and project scale - budget, team size, and stakeholder count - to calculate and rank the severity of each area.
03Get the solution deliverables
For each issue, get a corresponding solution deliverable, such as a responsibility assignment matrix, scope statement, or risk register. Each one comes with practical instructions. Where a teaching video is available, you can go deeper.
How pricing works
The diagnostic is free. Only teaching videos require points.
01Registration and diagnostics
Free. Register, create projects, complete diagnostics, and view the recommended solution deliverables and instructions at no cost, with no limit on the number of times you can use them.
02Teaching videos
50 points per video. Each video is a hands-on lesson for one deliverable. After purchase, you can watch it as many times as you like for 30 days. For tools that already have instructions, the instructions are always free; no points are required.
03How points are calculated
1 point equals NT$1, so one teaching video costs NT$50.
04How to get points
Points are currently issued by the system administrator, such as dedicated points for partner organisation members. Contact us if you need points.
Why this is not just another project management app
There are many Gantt chart apps and task boards. They help you organize what you already know, but they do not tell you why a project is failing. This system starts with the symptoms, identifies the project management area where the problem sits, and gives you the corresponding solution.
