Core Workflow: Diagnosis in Three Steps
Three simple steps stand between you and expert-grade improvement recommendations.
Create a Project
Enter your project's name and scale (budget, team size, stakeholders). The system uses these thresholds to recommend deliverables that actually fit your project.
Run the Diagnostic
Check the issues that apply and rate their severity (1–5). Use the knowledge-area filter bar to move quickly between different management dimensions.
Read Your Report
Based on your answers, the system recommends solution deliverables for each issue, ranked by risk score. Every deliverable comes with its supporting tools and techniques as course content.
Getting the Most from the Questionnaire
Knowledge-Area Filters
Category buttons above the questionnaire (Integration, Scope, Schedule, and more) let you assess one area at a time and work more efficiently.
Smart Progress Cues
When a category already has selections, its button lights up with an amber glow — so nothing slips through the cracks.
Severity Scoring
Rate each checked issue from 1 to 5; higher means more severe. The system weights these ratings when computing risk scores.
Quick Reset
Use "Clear Selections" to redo the current category, or "Clear All" to start the whole questionnaire over.
Interpreting Your Results
Once the diagnostic is complete, the system generates an in-depth report organized by PMBOK knowledge areas:
Solution Deliverables
For every issue, the report recommends concrete artifacts to produce — a project charter, a Gantt chart, or a RACI matrix. Recommendations are ranked by risk score and knowledge area, and filtered by project scale (budget, headcount thresholds) so you only see deliverables that fit your project.
Tools & Techniques
Each deliverable lists the tools and techniques needed to produce it — the critical path method, 5 Whys, or rolling wave planning. These form the course curriculum.
Video Learning
Recommended Videos
When a deliverable in your results has a matching tutorial video, a video badge appears. Click it to see the video details.
Points-Based Purchases
Watching videos costs points (1 point = NT$1). Each video defaults to 50 points; once purchased, watch it unlimited times for 30 days.
Topping Up Points
Your point balance is shown on the video purchase page. Points are granted by administrators today, with online top-up coming later.
